For awhile the services were expanding all the places where you could link photos (MySpace, Orkut etc.) but as I check these sites I noticed that Facebook and Twitter and becoming more of a focus. While there are a few sites that get extreme, all the sites I am discussing are PG (maybe PG-13 depending on your tastes). Caption-It is probably the site with the most risque options - but even they leave more to the imagination than to the eye.
